Last year I happened across the NAIDOC celebrations in the Royal Botanical Gardens. It was a beautiful and memorable day for me and I met some of the amazing and passionate people I now work with. The NAIDOC celebration at the Royal Botanical Gardens is on again this Tuesday. It is an absolutely fantastic afternoon where people come together to share stories and culture of the Kulin people. The tanderrum ceremony welcoming visitors to the land of the Kulin people is a really special experience. It is held on Oak Lawn this Tuesday and kicks off at 1:00.
