Joining forces: Traditional knowledge & science conserving Murray Freshwater Turtles
I came across this great multifaceted and holistic community project. It is a fantastic example of sustainable community work and portrays contemporary sustainable community practices in action. The project considers the past, present and future which is so important. It is an amazing project that pools resources, encourages the whole community to join in and everyone benefits, the community, the turtle, the scientists and hopefully the future generation.
